HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Adrienne Reid offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $100 within Australia.

$10 Standard Shipping within Australia for orders valued under $100 & $15 Express Shipping within Australia fees apply.

$35 Standard International Shipping & $65 Express International Shipping fees apply. All orders within Australia are sent with a trackable service via Australia Post (signature is required).

Tracking is available at http://www.australiapost.com.au.

For International Shipping we offer two services (you will be able to select you're preferred option during checkout):

  1. Registered International Post (sent with Australia Post and forwarded to your local Postal Service) - 6-27 Business Days, Signature Required.
  2. Australia Post Express International Shipping - 3-7 Business Days, Signature Required.

Please note for international orders you may be charged additional customs and duties. To get an estimate of what these charges may be you can use an Import Duty Calculator or contact your local import and duties office.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with a Australia Post tracking number. You will be able to track your item on the Australia Post website here. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up back at Australia Post for re-delivery. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours.

REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL POST - You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped along with an Australia Post tracking number and a link to track your order. Delivery can take 6-27 Business Days. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours.

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped with all your tracking details. Australia Post will deliver your parcel within 3-7 Business Days. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at Australia Post for re-delivery. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

Your order will be shipped the same or next business day from when it is placed.During sales events or collection launches there may be delays on your order being shipped out.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – Delivery is between 1-3 days within metropolitan QLD, or 2-4 days elsewhere within Australia. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local Fastway Depot. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING – Delivery is between 3-7 business days for Express Shipping via Australia Post or 6-27 business days for Registered Post (shipping may take longer to some countries. Please note that a signature is required on delivery – so if you’re not home during business hours your order may end up at your local post office. To avoid missing the delivery, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available during business hours.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

Yes, all International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Otherwise, to get an indication of what these charges may be you can use an import duty calculator like this one. Spell will declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and will include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR HOTEL?

Unfortunately we will not deliver to PO boxes and will only accept business or private addresses for delivery. However, if you would like to post to an International PO Box, please select Registered Post.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us directly by email info@adriennereid.com.au or phone +61 4 81 313 096 between 9am-5pm AEST - Brisbane Australia.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept AFTERPAY, KLARNA, PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL balance. You can also use an Adrienne Reid gift card as a method of payment.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer 100 Day returns on all full priced items and 30 Day returns on all sale items. Please ensure you send the item back unworn and unused including tags. Items should be returned in the original condition received for a full refund or exchange. Adrienne Reid will not accept responsibility for mistreated or broken items due to lack of care.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

Please contact us ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. You can reach us at info@adriennereid.com.au or +61 4 81 313 096. We also have a 6 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces, please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
