DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

All orders within Australia are sent with a trackable service via Australia Post.

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

LOCAL DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE.

STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UNDER $100 IS CHARGED AT $10.00.

EXPRESS POST WITHIN AUSTRALIA IS CHARGED AT $15.00

Tracking is available at http://www.australiapost.com.au. Next day delivery within QLD, or 1-5 business days elsewhere within Australia. All orders are dispatched the next business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays. You will receive an email from Adrienne Reid letting you know that your order has shipped along with an Australia Post tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED POST

• $35 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders. Delivery is between 5-10 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries).
• Fully trackable
• All orders are dispatched the next business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays. You will receive an email from letting you know that your order has shipped and your tracking number.
• Signature required on delivery. If you are not at home to receive, the package will be delivered to your local post office and a delivery slip left with pickup details. You will need identification to collect.
• Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.
• Unsure what duties and taxes you may be charged, you can use this estimator to get an idea.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING

• $65 Flat Rate Shipping on all International orders.
• Delivery between 3-7 business days.
• All orders are dispatched the next business day. Please note, during sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays. You will receive an email from Adrienne Reid to let you know that your order has shipped with your tracking number.
• This service is fully trackable.
• Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, Adrienne Reid is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with Australia Post if you have any delivery issues. Australia Post Shipping may incur higher customs/duty taxes depending on your country, if you are concerned with this we suggest choosing International Registered post option instead. For information on Custom/Duty tax, speak to your local customs office.
• Signature required on delivery. If you are not at home to receive, DHL will contact you to arrange another delivery time. You will need identification to collect.

WILL THERE BE A SHIPPING DELAY DURING A SALE OR NEW COLLECTION LAUNCH?

During Adrienne Reid Sales or New Collection launch, shipping times are not guaranteed and can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient during these times.

HOW FAST WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED?

In most cases your order will shipped the next business day. However due to the handcrafted nature of Adrienne Reid products, there may be a slight delay on Wall Pieces & Adornments. Please note - during sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays depending on how busy we are and we truly appreciate your patience during these times.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for International Shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office or depot. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia on all order over $100. Please Note - We do not ship to Hotels so use a private address only.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

• Indonesia
• Pakistan
• Cuba
• Iran
• Korea, People Democratic Republic of (North Korea)
• Sudan
• Syria

CUSTOMS/ IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Adrienne Reid will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Adrienne Reid CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

Below is an approximate list of thresholds where taxes and import duties will occur in your region. Please note the rates are an approximate indication only and should be used as a guide. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

UNITED STATES

Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $200.00AU approx.

CANADA

Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $150.00AU (All imports will be charged TAX & DUTIES)

UK & EUROPE

Tax will be charged if purchase exceeds $150.00AU (All imports will be charged VAT) and duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $150AU approx.

JAPAN

Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $80.00AU approx.

NZ

Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $50.00AUD approx.
