Each ADRIENNE REID piece is handcrafted from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of the hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all ADRIENNE REID pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all faults in the manufacturing process, however does not cover neglect or wear and tear.
We will replace or repair your damaged piece at our discretion.

ADRIENNE REID jewellery is hand made - the metal components used are either pewter or brass & are all hand plated with an antique/metallic finish. All earring hooks and posts are nickel free. This includes the sterling silver and gold filled earring hooks. When sourcing our components we always purchase nickel free, however, even though all cautions are taken, we advise that traces of nickel may be found in our jewellery.
Always keep your ADRIENNE REID jewellery stored in a safe place, hang earrings on an earring stand or on the side of a tall glass when you are not using them & keep all jewellery products away from perfume, moisturiser or hairspray. Pieces may be delicate so care should be taken when wearing & storing. Damage from careless wear/storage (including water damage) is not the responsibility of Adrienne Reid..
All of the embellishing features on our jewellery and wall decor is set by hand, therefor, each piece will vary slightly. Please take special care of embellished pieces & refrain from getting perfume, moisturiser or hairspray on them. Please be gentle when handling items as they are delicate and fragile.
